Empowering Athletes offers one-on-one injury prevention, rehabilitation and sports specific training. Small group training focusing on sports specific needs for all athletes, including but not limited to, dancers, gymnasts, figure skaters and traditional sports players (soccer, lacrosse, etc.). EA is known for its individual attention to each and every client. Working with each athlete at every stage in their career and at every level of athleticism. The model behind Empowering Athletes is to be able to support you for all your needs as an athlete while teaching stretching, mobility and injury prevention techniques. We also offer group strength training and injury prevention classes for all levels and ages including adults.
