We all know rest is important. At this point, that’s not news. But knowing we need it and actually taking it without guilt are two totally different things.

How many times have you sat down for a break and immediately thought, I should be doing something? Something for your business, your family, your home, anything that feels more “productive” than just... existing. Sometimes it's a full-blown spiral. Sometimes it's just a flicker of discomfort or a quiet “should” echoing in the back of your mind. But it’s always there until we burn out. Again.

That guilt and that internal pressure are  the Laziness Lie.
And that’s what we’re talking about at this month's You Don’t Have to Read the Book Club (no reading required).

Based on Devon Price’s book Laziness Does Not Exist, we’ll explore:
Why “feeling lazy” is usually just unprocessed programming
How guilt sneaks into our thoughts even when we know better
What it takes to actually rewire that guilt so rest feels right

This is a space to unpack why you still feel bad even when you're doing exactly what you know you need. This conversation is about giving yourself permission, not just theoretically but in practice.

Come join us. No prep required. Just bring your tired, brilliant, trying-your-best self and let’s figure out how to rest without apology.

Come for the insights. Stay for the community. Leave with a path to guilt free rest.
