Join us at our Virtual Quarterly Breakfast – a fundamental pillar of our networking success since the inception of the group!

Running a business requires courage, resilience, and a strong network of support. As a member of the South Shore Women’s Business Network, you know how valuable it is to have a community that uplifts you and helps navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship. However, as we grow our businesses, we often encounter well-meaning skeptics—friends, family, or colleagues who question our choices, sometimes out of genuine concern.

The Power of Community: Shifting from Outer Chaos to Inner Calm

Join Joanna Barrett Therapy & Wellness for an engaging and thought-provoking session created for women in business who are navigating today’s fast-paced, often chaotic world. This virtual offering includes accessible grounding practices to help you stay present, centered, and focused on what’s within your control and for your personal and professional needs, while also exploring practical tools for shifting from outer chaos to inner calm for greater business and life success. Together, we’ll reflect on the power of community and why genuine connection is essential (not optional) for thriving as a business owner and woman in today's world.

Key Takeaways:

  1. Grounding in the Chaos: Learn simple, effective practices to stay centered and focused, even when life and business feel overwhelming.
  2. Empowered by Connection: Understand why building and nurturing authentic community is essential for personal and professional resilience.
  3. From Surviving to Thriving: Discover how shifting from outer chaos to inner calm can unlock greater clarity, purpose, and sustainable success.
