Sustainable Success: Preventing Burnout Without Sacrificing Yourself
with Jasmine Saint Albert

The South shore Women's Business Network Workshop Series bring together local professionals for a morning blend of practical education and relationship building, in line with the network's long standing focus on contacts, coaching, collaboration and community support. Attendees will leave with actionable insights and actions to apply to their businesses.

Location: Harbor Media, 35 Pond Park Rd #08, Hingham, MA 02043

Led by Jasmine Saint Albert, owner of Motivate, Empower, Elevate

Many women in business are used to doing it all—showing up, pushing through, and supporting everyone around them. But over time, that constant pace can lead to burnout, leaving you feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and stretched too thin, or wondering if you’re getting close.

In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn how to recognize the early signs of burnout, understand what’s really driving it, and identify the patterns, like overgiving and lack of boundaries that keep it going. Whether you’re already feeling the effects or looking to prevent burnout before it takes hold, you’ll walk away with practical, realistic tools to protect your energy, set sustainable boundaries, and continue growing your business—without sacrificing yourself in the process.

This session is ideal for women who are committed to their success but ready to stop running on empty. It’s designed to support women in building a more sustainable approach to their work while maintaining their growth and impact.

The workshop format underscores SSWBN's commitment to providing ongoing, relevant professional development opportunities that fit into a busy workday. Alongside the educational content this event will offer some informal networking time so participants can exchange ideas and explore partnerships.
